Delivery Times

Our standard turnaround time is 5–7 working days. During busy periods, please allow 7–14 working days for your order to be completed. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.)

We keep stock of uniforms for all the schools we supply. However, during peak periods, certain sizes or items may need to be specially ordered from our suppliers. If this happens, your order may take up to 14 working days to complete.

How Will I Know When My Order Is Ready?

As soon as your order has been completed, we’ll send you an email confirming that it is ready for collection or has been dispatched, depending on the delivery option you selected.

Collection from School Reception

If you choose Collect from School Reception, your order will be delivered to your school’s reception on the first training day in September, when the school reopens.

If you need your uniform sooner, you’re welcome to collect it from our shop as soon as you receive your completion email. If you’re unable to collect it, we’ll simply deliver it to the school in September.

Collect from Us

Once you receive your order completion email, your order is ready to collect from our shop.

Simply visit us during opening hours and show a member of staff your order confirmation email.

If you don’t have the opportunity to collect your order before September, don’t worry—we’ll deliver it to your school’s reception on the first training day.

Home Delivery

If you’ve selected Home Delivery, your order will be dispatched once it has been completed.

All parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you’ll receive email and text tracking updates directly from Royal Mail. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery after dispatch.
