Our Processes

Embroidery

Embroidery is a classic and professional method of branding that involves stitching a design directly onto fabric using high-quality threads.

This technique creates a durable and premium finish, making it an excellent choice for workwear, corporate uniforms, and promotional apparel.

Embroidery is particularly well-suited for polo shirts, jackets, hats, and other thicker garments where a long-lasting and textured logo is desirable.

Businesses looking for a polished and long-term branding solution often choose embroidery due to its resistance to wear and washing.

We produce all our embroidery in-house using our six-head embroidery machines, ensuring quality and efficiency. Prices start from £3.50 + VAT per logo

Direct To Garment Printing

Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is a modern printing method that uses specialised inkjet technology to apply full-color designs directly onto fabric. Unlike traditional transfer prints, DTG ink binds with the fabric’s fibres, making it resistant to peeling or cracking over time.

This results in a hard-wearing print that maintains its vibrancy even after multiple washes. DTG is our most recommended solution because it offers true CMYK colour accuracy, ensuring no loss of detail or compromise that you may encounter with other methods like embroidery.

Unlike many businesses, we are more than happy to print onto your own supplied garments, giving you full flexibility. Everything is done in-house using our high-quality DTG printer, ensuring quick turnaround times and excellent results. As long as we receive suitable artwork, there is no setup charge, and prices start from £3.50 + VAT per application.

Vinyl Printing

Vinyl printing involves cutting designs from sheets of colored vinyl and heat-pressing them onto fabric, resulting in a smooth, bold finish.

This method is perfect for simple, high-impact designs such as names, numbers, and logos, making it a popular choice for sports teams, event staff uniforms, and promotional apparel. We offer a range of vinyl options, including black, white, gold, and even reflective vinyl, ensuring you can find the perfect look for your needs.

A common myth about vinyl printing is that the design will peel or fall off over time, but when applied correctly using professional heat-pressing techniques, vinyl prints are incredibly durable and long-lasting. All vinyl printing is done in-house using our wide-format printer and professional heat-press equipment, guaranteeing a high-quality finish.
