School Wear Processing / Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times are 5-7 working days, however during busy periods, please allow 7-14 working days for delivery. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.)

We hold stock for all of our schools, however in busy periods certain sizes or items may need to be specially ordered.

In these cases, delivery may take up to 14 working days.

How will I know when my order Is ready?

Once your order is completed you will receive an SMS alert to your phone & an email to let you know your order is complete

Collect from school

Deliveries are made to the school regularly, usually on a Friday morning during term time. Once your order is completed, simply visit the school reception and collect your order.

If you receive an alert on a Friday, delivery will be by 3pm that day.

Collect from us

Available free during the summer break. Once you receive an SMS and email confirmation that your order is complete, it’s ready for collection.

Home delivery

Once your order is complete, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. All orders are sent Tracked 48 via Royal Mail, and you’ll receive email and text updates directly from Royal Mail.

Made to order items

Please note that primary school fleeces, PE hoodies & leavers hoodies are made to order and may require additional processing time.
