Naturally, we want you to be delighted with every garment you order from us. So you can usually return any items for free for a replacement or a full refund, in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied.
We offer you the convenient free collection service for returning items.
1. Simply contact our Customer Services team by calling 01482 844111 or by email to sales@X3Ltd.com stating order number, full name, address, garment(s) to be returned and the reason for the return.
2. We will email you a returns note, you need to return this with your garments for them to be processed efficiently and a returns label to attach to the package to be collected.
3. Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging.
4. Then leave it to us. We will give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order. We aim to complete the refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
Who organises the return?
* If you have received the wrong items or they are faulty, we will arrange collection of the items.
* You must organise the return of items to us for any other reason.
Products we’re unable to accept back
We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items unless they are faulty.
Or the following:-
(a) Any products from the Result Air Down range;
(c) Consumables (as defined from time to time by X3 Ltd);
(d) Christmas & Seasonal Product e.g. The Christmas Shop
(e) Any Goods which X3 Ltd does not carry as core stock (as defined by X3 Ltd from time to time);
(f) Any Goods which have been ordered as bespoke Goods by the Buyer (for example, embroidered and/or personalised Goods);
(h) Any Goods which have been in the possession of the Buyer for more than 28 days after delivery;
(i) Deal products;
(j) Discontinued lines;
(k) Seasonal products;
(l) Any Goods which have, as their function, the protection of health and safety and/or the hygiene of the wearer. By way of (non-exhaustive) examples, high visibility garments, earplugs, face masks and goggles
If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.
